The link above will bring you to an example of an old custom seldom seen and heard in our experience: the Epiphany Proclamation made on the true Twelfth Day of Christmas, Little Christmas, in which the Christmas Feasts are brought to their gradual conclusion and the coming Liurgical Year of the great Lenten/Paschal moveable feasts and fasts are announced for the rest of the year.
It is a wonderful thing to be a Catholic and to, as the old adage goes, sentire cum Ecclesia, to think, feel, and act with the Church!
